If an item is delivered DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will issue a return label to retrieve the defective unit for credit or exchange. Customer will have 14 days from date of shipment to notify us of the problem, to qualify for DOA classification.
Defective unit must be packed in original package, with sufficient protection to protect the unit from any damage during transit back to us. We cannot accept physically damaged units for credit or exchange.
In case of a problem reported after the 14 day period, the unit will be subject to Manufacturer/Refurbisher warranty. Most new goods carry one year warranty by manufacturer. Warranty information is included in the package, when shipped. Refurbished product, carries anywhere between 30 to 90 days warranty depending on the refurbishing factory and/or item. In order to simplify this warranty period, we will extend all refurbished warranties to 90 days. Defective items purchased within 90 days, which no longer carries factory warranty, can be returned to us for warranty works. Please note, warranty work, will not include physically damaged, liquid damaged or misused products.
